MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge - Sketch 264

MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge - Sketch 264
For this MFT Stamps Sketch Challege I selected a sheet from the Painted Prints Smitten 6x6 Paper Pad for my card front then cut the heart using the Stitched Heart STAX. To create the shaker I cut Pink Lemonade card stock and stamped with the BG Tiny Hearts background stamp for the backing, attached vellum to the printed paper, added foam mounting tape and Pretty Pink Posh sequins, and attached the stamped backing. Next I cut Pink Lemonade card stock using the Horizontal Stitched Strip Die-namics and adhered to the shaker box then tied twine around and tied off in a bow. Finally, I used the Label Tape Die-namics to cut Sweet Tooth card stock and embossed using the Label Maker Love stamps words Valentine, Be, and Mine, Versa Mark ink, and clear embossing powder. Finally, I mounted my completed shaker box on a Sweet Tooth card stock card base.
Fun for Valentine's Day!

Essentials by Ellen January Mix It Up Challenge

Banner-MIX-it
For the January Essentials by Ellen Mix It Up Challenge I created this card using the following My Favorite Things products:
  • Die-namics Flamingos
  • Die-namics Stitched Hearts
  • Razzle Berry Card Stock
and the following Essentials By Ellen products:
  • Bohemian Garden Clear Stamps
  • Bohemian Garden Dies
  • Mondo Magnolia Clear Stamps "Hello"
  • Craft-A-Board (6x12)
Using Pickled Raspberry Distress Ink I water colored the stripes on Tim Holtz Distress Water Color Paper for the background. I cut the flamingos from water color paper and used Worn Lipstick Distress Ink to color. I then embossed the "Hibiscus" from the Bohemian Garden Clear Stamps as well as the "Daisy" on water color paper and colored with Zig Clean Color Real Brush markers. I die cut using the Bohemian Garden dies. I cut the heart using the brand new MFT Die-namics Stitched Hearts from Razzle Berry card stock and also from Essentials by Ellen Craft-A-Board to mount the card stock heart. Finally, I heat embossed the "Hello" from the Mondo Magnolia Clear Stamps set using Versa Mark ink and Clear embossing powder. I then assembled the pieces to create my Mix It Up Challenge entry and added Pretty Pink Posh sequins as a finishing touch.
Hope You Enjoy!

Wednesday Sketch Challenge for MFT Stamps-Sketch 262

For this MFT Stamps Sketch Challege I used Kraft card stock and used the Die-Namics Horizontal Stitched Stripes to cut gold foil and polka dot paper from the MFT Dots & Stripes Neutral 6x6 paper pad to create the base of the card. I then used the Die-Namics Coffee Cup set to cut the cup and hearts. Using the Perk Up stamp set I embossed the I Love You sentiment on the cup and "checked" the Trenta in gold ink. For the finishing touch I added the gold ribbon and bow!
Fun for Valentine's Day!
